Samples, equipment, packaging.

We are preparing our roastery and looking now for the people we will buy from. If you sell green coffee, roasting equipment or packaging, here is what we need and why.

Purchases depend on our Start-Up Nation funding being signed. We are collecting quotes now.

01 · Samples

Green coffee

Send us a sample.

We will choose our origins after cupping. Blonde roast hides nothing, so the sample tells us everything.

02 · Equipment

Equipment

What we plan to buy, and why.

This list comes from our investment plan. For each item we collect at least three quotes, with a spec sheet, delivery time, warranty and service in Romania.

Coffee roasters2 units

The heart of the roastery. Blonde roast needs fine control of temperature (185–195 °C) and time (10–14 minutes). With two machines we can test new profiles without stopping production.

Automatic grinder1 unit

For ground-coffee orders and for preparing cuppings at volume.

Single-dose grinderNiche type · 1 unit

For cupping and extraction tests, dose by dose, with nothing left over from the previous lot.

Electronic grinders2 units

For espresso and filter: we see how each coffee behaves in the cup, the way cafés will brew it.

Dosing machinesemi-automatic · 1 unit

Accurate weighing and fast packing right after cooling, while the coffee is fresh.

Solar installation15 kW, installed

Our own energy for roasting and the workshop. Roasting uses a lot of power, and panels would cut both costs and footprint.

Management system and POScomplete

Lots, stock, invoices and traceability: from the green coffee sack to the bag on the shelf.

03 · Packaging

Packaging

Bags that keep what we roast.

We are looking for compostable bags with a degassing valve and a window, in two sizes, 250 g and 1 kg, plus printed labels and shipping boxes.
