Who we are

The data controller is DELMONT S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 53079588, registered in Alexandria, Teleorman, Romania. You can write to hello [at] delmont.coffee or use the contact form.

What we collect

Only what you send through the form: name, email address, company (optional), the role you choose and your message. If you subscribe to news, we keep only your email address. We do not store your IP address and we do not use tracking cookies.

Why

To reply to you or, if you subscribed, to send you news about DELMONT. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box and can withdraw at any time, including through the unsubscribe link in every email or on the unsubscribe page.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation lasts and at most 24 months after the last message, after which we delete it.

Who else sees it

The site and the form run on Cloudflare infrastructure, which processes the data on our behalf. The anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) analyses the request technically but does not set tracking cookies. We never sell or share your data.

Statistics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. The site sets no tracking or marketing cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. If we ever add such cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or receive a copy. Write to hello [at] delmont.coffee or use the form. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro, or to the authority in your own country.
