Alternative dispute resolution

Consumers can turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and its alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL): anpc.ro/sal. Consumers in other EU countries can also contact the European Consumer Centre in their own country.
