She founded DELMONT in Alexandria with a simple idea: a roast done well and explained honestly, with blonde roast as the focus.
Her story
Andreea comes from pharmacy and design. Pharmacy taught her to check every claim. Design taught her to make things clear.
When she started looking at coffee, she noticed that almost every roaster sells everything: blonde, medium, dark. She wants to take one path. Blonde roast keeps more of the origin’s flavour, and that is something you can talk about with sources rather than promises.
She chose Alexandria over Bucharest because it is home, costs are lower, and two new jobs mean more there.
